As you know, on February 19, 2007 Ingram Publisher Services will begin providing back-end services to Graphic Arts Center Publishing Company. If you have questions about how to order books please contact your Sales Representative or contact me (email: mikej@gacpc.com, phone: 888.84.BOOKS).

On February 19 you should begin sending all returns to:

c/o Graphic Arts Center Publishing Company,
1210 Ingram Drive,
Chambersburg, PA 17201

We will accept returns at the GACPC warehouse (2455 N.W. Nicolai St., Suite B, Portland, OR 97210) through February 28, 2007. On March 1, 2007 we will close the Portland warehouse and will, by necessity, refuse returns.

If you have any questions about this please contact your Sales Representative or me. We simply want to make sure the transition is seamless. We are accepting returns after March 1, 2007, but they must be sent to the IPS warehouse.
