Hello All,

Thank you for your patience as we integrate our back end services with Ingram Publishing Services (IPS). So far, the transition has gone remarkably well. Our customers are genuinely happy with the discounts we offer them, as well as the free freight eligibility and timely delivery. We’re happy to have such a solid partner, and one that has been able to open new doors for us.

As I mentioned in last month’s letter, we’ve begun to reprint those out-of-print books that were in the highest demand. That process is underway and going very smoothly. We expect to be able to fulfill our back-ordered books very soon.

In celebration of our journey with IPS, the theme for our March newsletter is the sea voyage. We have a number of well-received books coming out on ocean adventure, and this seems to be a fitting metaphor for our expedition. We’re confident that this partnership will be more like The Good Company or Ships of Steel than Dangerous Waters. So far it’s been smooth sailing.

Regards,

Mike Jones
