| Hello all—
September means back to school and back to the trade shows for most us. At Graphic Arts Center, it is all about the kids this month as we launch three new children’s books that are sure to please even the most reluctant little readers.
Ten Rowdy Ravens is a rip-roaring “countdown” adventure about ten mischievous ravens for all ages from author Susan Ewing and illustrator Evon Zerbetz. New author Cindy Aillaud, chosen as one of thirty-nine Disney Teachers of the Year, brings us Recess at 20 Below. In this show-and-tell photo book, kids everywhere see how much fun recess can be even when it’s really, really cold. Seldovia Sam fans will be happy to see #4 in the series by author Susan Woodward Springer and illustrator Amy Meissner. In Seldovia Sam and the Blueberry Bear, Sam heads out for one final adventure before school starts and he learns an unexpected lesson.
This month is packed with author events, as well as the PNBA Fall Trade Show starting today and going through Saturday. If you are in the area, we hope you can stop by our booth and meet a few of our authors. Read on for details about upcoming events and media coverage. As always, thank you for your continuing support.
Regards,
Mike Jones
