Thank you for your interest in Graphic Arts Center Publishing®. We publish scenic calendars and photographic essay books covering a: topic, region, state, sport, or specialty. The following is a list of guideline specifications for submissions.

• We use only full-time, professional photographers and/or well-established photographic businesses.
• Transparencies of any format are acceptable but they must be tack sharp and possess high reproductive quality, or submit equivalent digital files.
• Our books/calendars usually represent one photographer.
• New calendar/book proposals must have large market appeal and/or have corporate sale possibilities as well as fit our company’s present focus.

CONTACT THE  Editorial Assistant TO RECEIVE PERMISSION TO SEND IN A SUBMISSION. AN UNSOLICITED SUBMISSION WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED WITH POSTAGE DUE.

• Once permission is granted to send in a submission, please include: (1) an individual bio, (2) work samples, (3) 20-40 transparencies that are numbered, labeled with descriptions and verified in a delivery memo, and (4) return postage or a filled-out Fed Ex form.
• After receiving your submission, please allow up to 4 months for us to preview the calendar/book proposal.
• All transparencies will be kept in our fire-proof vault, protected by a Halon fire protection system.
